Publications

The Lafourche Heritage Society supports the publication of books, research guides, and brochures pertaining to the history, traditions, and culture of Lafourche Parish. A list of these publications and where they are available is included below.

A limited number of SOLD OUT books are available for purchase at the Thibodaux Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center, the Wetlands Acadian Cultural Center at Jean Lafitte National Historical Park (Thibodaux), Laurel Valley Village Store (Thibodaux), and Southdown Plantation Gift Shop (Houma). Brochures are available free of charge at these locations, as well as the Nicholls State University Archives.
